Marquita Weddle-Marshall is an innovative and highly organized business professional with over ten years of experience in business management, administration, leadership, and marketing. She is the Owner and CEO of Creative Intuitions Business Solutions, LLC, where she provides consulting and operational leadership to nonprofit, educational, and small business organizations. A native Washingtonian and proud mother of three, she is deeply committed to service, education, and community engagement.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in Management and Marketing and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Management with a focus on Management Information Systems and Services. Her academic background, combined with extensive professional experience, has contributed to a strong understanding of how technology, data, and effective systems support operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Weddle-Marshall has managed grant-funded programs, overseen six-figure budgets, led remote teams, and supported organizations through strategic planning, project management, and customer relationship management. She has extensive experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Basecamp, and Microsoft Office and holds certifications in Microsoft Office, Entrepreneurship, and Information Technology fundamentals.

In addition to consulting, she has served as a program manager, business coach, instructor, and data analyst, supporting hundreds of startups and community-based initiatives. Her professional focus centers on delivering high-quality solutions with strong attention to detail, operational excellence, and measurable impact.
