Her academic research focuses on spiritual formation, effective leadership, and managing change in ministry contexts, integrating biblical principles with practical skills. She has significant experience in human resources, project and operations management, staffing, recruitment, and regulatory compliance

Ample-N’DA is proficient in strategic planning, budgeting, fundraising, procurement, training, and team leadership. She is fluent in English and French, holds an MBA, BBA, AAS, and DBS, and is a Certified Financial Planner. She is also adept at alumni engagement, community outreach, database management, and building long-term stakeholder relationships.
